Nei Kung (Tai Chi)

Also known as Nei Gong , are power building exercises coordinating deep diaphragmatic breathing, visualization, and isolated movements as an efficient means to generate and store energy within the body. At the end of a training session practitioner is left with a “full” feeling in the lower abdomen, with increased circulation and other benefits.
