March is for Strong Women!
All month long, MCC Fitness will host empowering and informative classes and workshops focused on strength training, weightlifting, & self-care in honor of Women’s History Month. All genders are welcome.
Tuesdays | 3/6, 3/13, 3/20 | 8PM
Come learn the basics of boxing in a non-competitive but challenging class that will help you sweat out the day’s stress while learning proper technique and building strength and stamina.
Treat Yo’self Massage Workshop
Wednesday | 3/7, 3/14, 3/21 | 7PM
This workshop will guide one through simple techniques to rest and restore after a hard workout. We’ll use massage balls, basic massage techniques and gentle yoga poses to release stress and prepare our bodies for recovery and self-care.
Woman’s Running Injury Prevention
Thursdays | 3/8 & 3/15 | 7PM
This two-part workshop will teach you how to prevent running injuries that often affect female runners. Each participant will leave with an individualized running profile, ready to begin or continue a running journey.
Strength Training Basics
