Why the Red Card is front and center at MCC

By Manny Cantor Center | In Archive | on October 6, 2017

“We want to affirm that our center is a place where our community can be safe. We serve a large number of recent immigrants, who have felt particularly vulnerable in the face of hateful and divisive political rhetoric.”

Joanna Samuels, Executive Director of MCC, wrote about the importance of The Red Card exhibit in the lobby of our multi-faith multi-cultural community center. Read her moving words about the exhibit here.

This informative and timely exhibit is on display until Wednesday, November 22. Stop by to reflect and be reminded that “we are in this together, and we are all deserving of dignity, love, and justice.”
