Educational Alliance’s Manny Cantor Center is proud to partner with Lincoln Center for a second season of Boro-Linc programming! Boro-Linc brings FREE family music, art, film performances & workshops by Lincoln Center organizations to communities across all five NYC boroughs. As the inaugural partner in Manhattan, Manny Cantor Center is host to another exciting season of programming and events in 2017.

Community Quilt Making with Cozbi Cabrera

Join us for a series of FREE family and community quilting workshops in the Materials Center/Art School Studio A with Resident Artist Cozbi Cabrera. Each participant will learn to design and illustrate their own quilt square exploring questions like: Where do we come from? Who came before us? What does family mean?

Workshops are intergenerational and designed for all ages and ability levels. Come to learn, share, and have fun!


Ticket-holders, please note: Seats are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Families are strongly encouraged to arrive 15 minutes in advance of the program to secure their seats!

The Materials Center at Educational Alliance Art School at Manny Cantor Center was established in partnership with Teaching Beyond the Square


Through Boro-Linc, Lincoln Center partners with local arts and community centers around New York City to presents free performances, workshops, and family-oriented programs by Lincoln Center resident organizations, working to break down geographic barriers and create greater access to its diverse arts and cultural offerings for all audiences and ages.
