Take a cardiovascular journey focused on high and low intensity heart rate training. Listen to the music and challenge your body, close your eyes if you want to! Whether it’s climbing a steep hill or sprinting past your opponent, you will learn to balance heart rate and breathing to achieve optimal cardiovascular health.
