Back by popular demand! Join us in an uptempo class to gain strength and increase your fitness level to feel better in your everyday life. This class is a total body workout using the entire performance rig. Everything from kettlebells and battle ropes to TRX and slam ball!

Terrell Ray is a certified personal trainer that brings his functional movement specialty to the forefront by using the rig as his favorite tool.
