With Cloe Andrade
Build a circle of running friends as we explore the neighborhood running together! Learn some techniques for injury preventions and recovery from instructor Cloe Andrade! We will meet at the entrance of the building. Open to all levels.
Cloe started running in high school as a track and field athlete. She specialized in cross-country and middle/long distance running. Cloe has completed dozens of races, including 5ks, 10ks, and a half marathon.

Join us for a yoga class to recenter your mind and realign your body via breathing and yoga poses and flow. Set outdoors, on our beautiful rooftop on the 6th floor. Taught by Derek Goodwin.
Goodwin is a 300-hour certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher with 6 years of teaching experience, Derek’s passion is leading challenging vinyasa classes set to music with focus on breath, alignment and heightened awareness of the present moment. He also love leading gentle flow classes and enjoys working with students of all abilities.
