Start your morning off right with a refreshing and calming Vinyasa yoga class.
Siewli Stark’s classes focus on cultivating mindfulness, and are breath-centered, bio-mechanically informed, safe, yet fun!. Siewli is an RYT certified Yoga instructor who has also trained in Self massage and care techniques that draw from different traditions.

Tai Chi Chuan is a meditative martial art proven to enhance balance, circulation, and awareness- overall strengthen the mind body and spirit.
Jan Lucas is a 4 time Tai Chi World Cup champion and a former US Tai Chi Push Hands Team Captain.

Teacher: Terrell Ray
Join us in the uptemp class to gain strength and increase your fitness level to feel better in your everyday life. This class is a total body workout using the entire performance rig. Everything from kettlebells, battle ropes to the TRX and slam ball!
Terrell Ray is a certified personal trainer that brings his functional movement specialty to the forefront by using the rig as his favorite tool.

Pat Cappetto’s passion is fitness and her goal is to increase the functional capabilities of individuals through personal training and challenging group fitness programs.
