Siewli Stark graduated from the Exhale Yoga teacher training program and became a RYT-200 yoga instructor in 2015. Since then, she has been teaching classes that have elements of Vinyasa flow, alignment based power slow flow, her soft martial arts background, restorative yoga, and aromatherapy. Her classes focus on cultivating mindfulness, and are breath-centered, bio-mechanically informed, safe, yet fun!. Students leave class feeling stronger, more relaxed, and more empowered in their own bodies.
In addition to studying self-massage and self-care techniques from various traditions and teachers, Siewli is also studying bio-mechanics and anatomy that are applicable to yoga asanas. She works with adults of all ages and abilities in advancing their yoga asana and pranayama practice. Siewli also teaches yoga to children and families.
