Michael Bones has a B.S. and M.S. in Sports Science from Long Island University. He is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) for personal training. His athletic background consists of playing high school basketball, tae kwon do and swimming, but training became number one while working in physical therapy and various gyms around the New York City area. In his 6+ years of training Michael has worked with all ages from children to elderly, developmentally disabled, and individuals recovering from injury.
Michael’s philosophy is simple, train in many ways to be strong in many ways. Incorporating kickboxing, circuit training, weight training, and muscle and joint stability exercises are his keys to fun and goal-oriented workouts.
