Pat’s passion is fitness and her goal is to increase the functional capabilities of individuals through personal training and challenging group fitness programs. While practicing law, she always maintained her passion for fitness. She has had the good fortune to return to her calling and teach fitness full-time.
She specializes in leading classes in Cycle, Boot Camp, HIIT, Total Body Conditioning, Functional Strength, Aerobic Dance and stretch fusion and has designed a variety of classes for Active Older Adults. Her classes are high energy, fun and challenging, designed to meet various levels of fitness ability.
She is a Personal Trainer at Manny Cantor Fitness and is currently teaching our Pedal Power Cycle class on Wednesdays at 7 pm.
